Lauren Sprich has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. In 2014, they worked as a Front Desk Representative at Prana Yoga Center, where they assisted customers, resolved issues, and managed the flow of clients. In 2017, they served as a Nutrition Manager at Raw Made Delicious, developing a nutrition counseling program and training colleagues on serving gluten-free items. Lauren also worked as an Urban Agriculture Intern at City Green, Inc., selling vegetables, conducting research for grant proposals, and learning about sustainable farming. After that, they pursued their education at Sussex County Community College from 2011 to 2013, earning an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies, and Humanities. Lauren furthered their studies at Montclair State University from 2014 to 2018, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition Sciences.

In addition to their academic achievements, Lauren Sprich has obtained several certifications. In June 2019, they became a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance. Lauren also holds a ServSafe Manager certification from ServSafe, which they obtained in August 2022. Furthermore, they have completed the Adult Mental Health First Aid USA training provided by Mental Health First Aid Trainings, receiving certification in September 2022. Lastly, they completed the Basic Life Support CPR and AED Program offered by CPRofessionals, achieving certification in January 2022.
