Daniel Neuhaus

Daniel Neuhaus has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Daniel started their career as an Auditor at the Staatsanwaltschaft Zürich in 2004 and later worked as a Juristischer Sekretär/Auditor at the Bezirksgericht Zürich from 2005 to 2010. Daniel then joined Zurich Insurance Company Ltd as a Legal Counsel International Claims Management from 2010 to 2012. After that, they worked at EY as a Rechtsanwalt Legal/Claims Management (Manager) from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Zuger Kantonalbank as a Rechtskonsulent (Deputy Head of Legal/Mitglied der Direktion), where they provided legal advice, handled insolvency matters, drafted contracts, represented the bank in legal cases, and conducted legal research. In addition, they served as the Vice President of the Pensionskasse der Zuger Kantonalbank from 2016 to 2019.

Daniel Neuhaus completed their Lizenziat (lic.iur) degree from the University of Zurich between 1998 and 2003. Prior to that, they attended Kantonsschule Limmattal and obtained their Matura Typus D degree from 1991 to 1998. In 2008 and 2009, Daniel obtained their Anwaltspatent from Obergericht des Kantons Zürich.
