Hugo Sousa

Hugo Sousa is an accomplished software architect and engineer with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Lead Software Architect & People Lead at Zühlke Group since July 2021, Hugo leverages expertise in software engineering to drive innovative projects. Prior to this role, Hugo worked at Critical Manufacturing from September 2016 to June 2021, holding various positions including Senior Software Engineer, where responsibilities included leading development teams and engaging in direct customer collaboration. Earlier experience includes contributions as a Software Engineer and Junior Software Engineer in projects focused on manufacturing execution systems within the medical and semiconductor industries. Hugo holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto.
