Malte Hartwig

Malte Hartwig is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in full development life cycle management and agile methodologies. Currently serving as Principal Software Engineering Consultant at Zühlke Group since June 2019, Malte has held various leadership roles including Head of Software Excellence and Lead Software Consultant. Prior experience includes a tenure at the European Air Transport Command, where responsibilities involved deputy lead development for a mission planning system and requirements analysis, alongside initiating agile processes as a Scrum Master. Earlier roles include software development at the Airforce Programming Center and Cisco, with a strong emphasis on Java technologies and database integration. Malte holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Bundeswehr University Munich.
