Micaela Epper

Micaela Epper is the Group Head of HR Business Partnering at Zühlke Group, a position held since July 2023, where Micaela leads a team of eight senior HR Business Partners globally across Europe and Asia, and drives the alignment of HR strategies with business priorities. Previous roles include several positions at Barry Callebaut Group, where Micaela served as Regional HR Business Partner and was responsible for supporting senior management in various business areas while implementing HR strategies. Earlier experience includes recruiting at McKinsey & Company and HR consulting at Great Place To Work® Switzerland. Micaela holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in the same field, both earned with Cum Laude distinction, and is a certified coach from the NeuroLeadership Institute.
