Vitaly Sem

Vitaly Sem is a skilled Python Engineer currently employed at Zultys, Inc. since January 2022. With a strong background in Python development, Vitaly has previously contributed to PM-Partners and InvestorExpos.com. Vitaly held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Tatl Group and served as a GUI Software Engineer at the Institute of Cybernetics.
