Alyssa Guttman

Alyssa Guttman has a diverse and extensive work experience in the advertising and marketing industry. Alyssa started their career as a Volunteer at Ad Women of Toronto in 2009. Later, they worked as a Promotional Representative at NEWAD in 2008. In 2008 and 2009, they were a Public Relations Intern at Sony Pictures Entertainment, where they helped build positive word-of-mouth for Sony films. As a Student Grow-Op Participant at Cossette in 2010, they developed an integrated marketing and advertising plan that won a gold award. Alyssa also worked as a Digital Account Management Intern at Adconion Media Group in 2010, where they executed and tracked online advertising campaigns.

In 2010, Alyssa joined Draftfcb as an Account Coordinator before transitioning to the role of Account Manager. Alyssa managed integrated advertising campaigns for clients such as OLG and DLM Pet Foods. Alyssa effectively collaborated with internal and external partners on brand planning, research, and presentations. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Extreme Group as an Account Manager, where they managed integrated campaigns for clients including OfficeMax Grand & Toy and KRAFT Grocery. Alyssa also served as an Account Supervisor, overseeing internal teams and collaborating with external partners on communications planning and brand strategy.

From 2016 to 2019, Alyssa worked at Community Agency as an Account Director. Alyssa handled clients such as Perrier, Nestle, Caesarstone, and Canadian Tire Jumpstart. Alyssa successfully achieved client and agency goals and provided mentorship to the account team.

Currently, Alyssa is employed at Zulu Alpha Kilo Inc. In 2019, they started as an Account Director and was later promoted to Group Account Director. In 2023, they assumed the role of Business Group Director.

Alyssa Guttman completed their education with a Diploma in Creative Advertising from Seneca College, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued an Honours BA Double Major in Psychology and Communications at York University from 2005 to 2010.
