Alejandro de León Rodríguez has a diverse work experience in the field of automation and control engineering. Alejandro began their career as a Junior Automation Engineer at Tecnologia Integral y Servicios Especializados S.A de C.V in July 2015, where they worked on projects involving the design, wiring, and programming of small production lines. Alejandro controlled PLC, HMI, and drives using Delta Electronics equipment.

In February 2016, Alejandro joined IPATEK Automation as an Automation Project Engineer. In this role, they contributed to the expansion of a gas system by implementing a distributed control system using Siemens PCS7. Alejandro also developed programming for a safety PCS7 system and oversaw the expansion of storage tanks, pumps, and fire-fighting systems.

From July 2018 to February 2020, Alejandro worked as a Senior Control Engineer at Antares Tech Services Inc. Alejandro was involved in projects focused on SCADA systems, specifically for finishing and heat treatment lines. Alejandro collected and analyzed statistical data and implemented improvements to optimize machine performance. Most recently, Alejandro joined Zume Inc. in February 2020 as a Senior Controls Engineer. Alejandro led the creation and implementation of a web-based responsive application using Ignition Perspective. This application provided total control, data acquisition, and supervision of the entire factory, replacing vendor HMIs.
