Prasad Bhalerao

Prasad Bhalerao has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Prasad is currently working as a Project & Engineering Manager at Cirkla Inc., where they lead and drives global projects in the molded fibre space with a focus on providing alternatives to single-use plastic. Prior to this, Prasad worked at Hindustan Unilever Limited as an Engineering Executive, overseeing plant maintenance and driving cost reduction initiatives. Prasad also worked at Bharat Forge Limited as an Engineer, responsible for jig and fixture procurement and tool room operations. Prasad began their career as a Graduate Apprentice Trainee at Unilever, where they were involved in the engineering maintenance of a toilet soap plant.

Prasad Bhalerao's education history begins with obtaining a High School Diploma in SSC from Aided High School Buldhana between 2001 and 2006. Following that, they pursued a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Govt Polytechnic Khamgaon from 2006 to 2009. Prasad'seducational journey continued with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, where they studied from 2009 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Prasad Bhalerao has also obtained a certification in "The Six Biases of Decision-Making" from LinkedIn in August 2021.
