Maintenance and Engineering project lead at Zume

Robert Howe has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 1988, they joined the United States Marine Corps and served as an Anti-tank anti-Assaultman, achieving the position of Sergeant during the Gulf War. After leaving the Marines in 1992, they pursued a career in the private sector. Robert worked at Safeway from 2001 to 2006, initially as a Meat Manager and later as a Meat and Seafood Merchandiser, overseeing department managers and ensuring compliance with company policies and initiatives. In 2014, they briefly worked as a Computer Automated Drafter at RONLO Engineering, where they were responsible for tool inventory and drawing aerospace parts. From 2015 to 2018, they served as a CAM OPERATOR at Multi Layer Prototype Inc. In 2019, they joined Zume Inc. as an Engineering Tech 1, and in 2020, they advanced to the role of Engineering Technician 2. Currently, they hold the position of Maintenance and Engineering Project Lead at Zume Inc.

Robert Howe attended Ventura Adult and Continuing Education in 2012, where they obtained a certificate of completion in Computer Aided Drafting and Design. Prior to that, they studied at Oxnard College from 2010 to 2012, earning an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in General Studies and an Associates Liberal Arts and Science degree, also in General Studies. In 2008, Robert obtained a certification in Manual Drafting from Ventura Adult and Continuing Education.
