Xavier Puig Bernabeu has extensive experience in operations and production management, currently serving as Director de operaciones, Responsable de planificación y aprovisionamiento, and Director de producción at Zummo since June 2016. Prior to this role, Xavier was employed at Martínez Loriente from July 2010 to May 2016, where responsibilities included planning and leading the Department of Methods and Times, focusing on process definition and improvement in meat product processing across three plants. Xavier's career began as a Técnico de Métodos y Tiempos and Becario de investigación at Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), where support was provided for production planning projects through programming and modeling. Xavier holds a Máster en Ingeniería Avanzada de Producción, Logística y Cadena de Suministro and two engineering degrees from UPV.
