Kirsteen Harrison

Kirsteen has worked with all types and sizes of companies, and became a freelance consultant 10 years ago, seeing it as the best way to effect change in a number of organisations simultaneously.

Kirsteen has a wide range of experience including: circular economy; environmental permitting; carbon footprinting; and reporting ISO 14001, and is always seeking a new challenge. She is experienced in strategy development and alignment, with a particular interest in organisational culture.

Including Zumo, Kirsteen is currently leading a number of clients in developing Net Zero strategies and is supporting their leadership teams in bringing about positive change in organisational culture. She is passionate about training and empowering staff, and always willing to share her knowledge and experience with others. She is a stubborn optimist with a fierce conviction that businesses should be a force for good.
