Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Zuno General Insurance since April 2021, Madhu is focused on building an Insurtech ecosystem by leading product and engineering teams to develop innovative digital platforms and applications. Previously, as Head of Technology at Spectra, Madhu drove technology strategy and execution, achieving significant operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction enhancements. Madhu also played a pivotal role in the launch of India’s first payments bank at Airtel Payments Bank, transforming the digital banking landscape.
