Gabe Weisert has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Gabe began their career as an intern at Wired Magazine in 1995. Gabe then worked as a freelance content producer for UBM Tech in 1996-1997. Gabe joined Yahoo! Inc. in 1997 where they served as an editor, creating various corporate content and writing articles for King Features Syndicate until 2001. During this time, they also worked as a freelance content specialist, producing freelance content for Yahoo! news and education verticals, and contributing book and travel articles to the San Francisco Chronicle and New York Post. From 2006 to 2007, Gabe worked as the Deputy Web Editor at Forbes, writing and editing feature articles, slideshows, and destination guides. Gabe then joined Andrew Harper in 2007 as a Senior Web Editor, where they led inbound marketing, managed social media accounts, and coordinated various digital marketing campaigns until 2014. Gabe's most recent role was at Zuora, where they served as the Editor-in-Chief and co-authored the national bestseller "Subscribed: Why the Subscription Model Will Be Your Company's Future" with Zuora CEO Tien Tzuo. Gabe also co-authored the "Subscribed Weekly" email newsletter.

Gabe Weisert completed their primary education at the International School of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, between 1980 and 1990. Following that, they attended Stanford University from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
