Johan Yeoh

Johan Yeoh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Johan started their career as a Data Analyst at United Airlines in 2007, where they updated maintenance manuals. In 2008, they worked as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, overseeing store operations and providing customer service.

In the same year, they also worked as a Process Engineer at Treffert Group, where they gained knowledge in various departments and developed solutions for a given project. From 2008 to 2012, Johan served as a Customer Success Professional and Workplace Account Manager at Ultimate Software, analyzing client needs and building relationships with key accounts.

In 2012, Johan joined Manhattan Associates as a Consultant, responsible for implementation operations and training new hires. Johan later became a Senior Consultant, leading implementation teams and managing client relationships. As a Design Lead from 2020 to 2021, they facilitated design sessions and customized warehouse management software.

Currently, Johan works at Zuora as a Solutions Architect, taking on a leadership role in guiding the development of warehouse management products and working with cross-functional teams. Johan has recently been promoted to Senior Solution Architect.

Johan Yeoh completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, from 2006 to 2011. Prior to that, Johan attended Lowell High School, although the degree and field of study are not specified. Furthermore, Johan has obtained various certifications such as being a Zuora Billing Certified Consultant from Zuora University in December 2022, a Zuora-Certified Business Analyst from Zuora in May 2021, a Fundamental Payroll Certification from the American Payroll Association in March 2013, and a Food Safety Manager certification from the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals (NRFSP) in August 2010. These certifications reflect Johan's commitment to ongoing professional development and expertise in different areas.
