John Norman

John Norman is a highly experienced Principal Solutions Architect at Zuora since October 2018, leading implementation projects and assisting clients in adopting and integrating the Zuora platform for improved business processes in the Subscription Economy. Prior to this role, John served as a Senior Solutions Architect at Zuora and held various positions, including SAP Lead Principal Architect/Associate Director at Cognizant, where responsibilities included project management and technical architecture for SAP HANA projects. John also has extensive consulting experience from roles at Computer Sciences Corporation, Autodesk, and Hanna Strategies, managing teams and overseeing development projects. John holds an M.B.A. from Kennesaw State University and two degrees from Florida State University in Management Information Systems and Finance, Spanish, and Multinational Business Operations.
