Kevin Coggin

Kevin Coggin has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Kevin started their career in 2011 as a Rafting Employee at Canyon Outfitters, where they managed camp setup and take-down, served guests, and cooked. In 2012, they worked as Event Staff at UT Conferences, managing exhibits and transportation for conferences. Kevin also served as Vice Noble Ruler-Recruitment at Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity during the same year. In 2013, Kevin worked as an Operations Leadership Intern at Amazon.

From 2014 to 2018, Kevin worked at Manhattan Associates, initially as a Lead Consultant in Professional Services, then as a Senior Consultant in Europe, where they successfully expanded the Labor Management product. Their expertise included product testing, feature design, issue management, and understanding cultural differences.

In 2019, Kevin joined Zuora as a Delivery Solution Architect, responsible for providing technical solutions to clients. Kevin then progressed to Lead Solution Architect and Technical Account Manager, Senior Solutions Architect, and is currently serving as Manager, Technical Account Management.

Kevin Coggin attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 2010 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree. Their degree was focused on Supply Chain Management and International Business. In addition to their formal education, Kevin obtained several certifications. In April 2014, they obtained the SCPro Level One certification from CSCMP. In August 2019, they obtained the Zuora-Certified Business Analyst certification from Zuora, followed by the Zuora-Certified Consultant certification from the same institution in June 2020.
