Leo Zhang has extensive work experience in the field of technical support and project management. Leo started their career in 1998 as an MIS engineer, where they were responsible for LAN, server, and ERP system management. Leo then worked as a Pre/After Sales Engineer, Trainer, and Project Manager at Sino-net Telecommunication Co.,Ltd from 2001 to 2006. Following that, they held similar roles at IT Resources (ITR) from 2006 to 2007 and Synnex Technology International (HK) Ltd. from 2007 to 2009. Leo then joined Websense as a Technical Support Engineer from 2009 to 2013. Currently, they are working at Zuora as a Technical Support Engineer, where they also act as a 2nd tier Senior Support Engineer and team leader for the US, EMEA, and APAC support, handling tough cases escalation and collaborating with development and technical operation teams.

Leo Zhang earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Statistics from China Central Radio and TV University, where they studied from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended Beijing Union University from 1994 to 1997 and obtained a Junior college degree, specializing in Marketing, International Economics, and Trade.
