Mark J.

Mark J. serves as the Chief of Staff to the Chief Revenue Officer at Zuora since November 2019. Prior to this role, Mark J. was the Chief of Staff for North America Strategic Sales at Adobe from November 2008 to October 2019, where responsibilities included leading the development of a Strategic Accounts team that expanded revenue from $50 million to $1 billion over seven years. Mark J. also held the position of VP of Customer Advocacy at Mercado Software from February 2000 to November 2008 and was a Senior Software Architect at K & M Relocation Network, Inc. from February 1996 to March 2001, where significant improvements in operations were achieved. Mark J. earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from UC Santa Barbara between 1983 and 1986.
