Mark Richards

Mark Richards is an experienced professional with over three decades in delivery management and consulting services, currently serving as Senior Director of Delivery Management at Zuora since May 2014. Richards oversees North America-based engagements and manages associated services revenue, having previously held roles including Director of Solution Delivery Management and Sr. Engagement Manager at Zuora. Prior to Zuora, Richards worked at SAP as Sr. Manager of Cloud Consulting Services and at Ariba in various capacities, including Customer Engagement Executive and Sr. Manager of Consulting Services.
