Michelle Chou

Michelle Chou's work experience includes a variety of roles in the field of human resources, supply chain operations, and logistics. Michelle currently works at Zuora as the Sr Director, HRBP Product & Engineering, a role they have held since May 2023. Prior to their current position, they worked at Cisco, where they held multiple roles. Michelle served as a Community Partner (HRBP), Engineering, from March 2020 to March 2021, where they partnered with VP/GMs within the Cisco Collaboration Business Group. Michelle also worked as an HR Consultant, Corporate Functions, from December 2017 to February 2020, and as Business Operations, Supply Chain Operations, from March 2016 to December 2017 at Cisco. Michelle also has experience in logistics as a Logistics Quality Engineer, Supply Chain Operations, from August 2014 to March 2016. Before joining Cisco, they had a role as a Supply Chain Co-Op at Neutrogena in 2013, where they worked on various projects related to demand planning. Michelle also had an internship role as a Supply Chain Industrial Engineering Intern at Ulta Beauty from November 2011 to June 2012, where they contributed to process improvement initiatives. Additionally, Michelle worked as a Regional Consultant at Stormwind Studios from May 2011 to January 2012.

Michelle Chou completed a certificate in Human Resources Management from Cornell University ILR School in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Michelle also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University, which was obtained in May 2014. Michelle has also completed a certification course called "The Coaching Habit (getAbstract Summary)" through LinkedIn in October 2020.
