Phu Truong

Phu Truong has extensive experience in software engineering. Starting in 2009, Phu worked as a Software Tester at FNTI until 2010. In 2015, Phu joined IBM as a Software Developer Intern, where they developed and maintained a Java-based monitoring tool for DB2. Phu then advanced within the company, taking on roles as a Software Engineer, Staff Software Engineer, and finally as an Advisory Software Engineer. In these positions, Phu focused on developing and maintaining Node.js based REST API cloud micro-services and utilizing JavaScript and React for web-based UI development. In 2021, Phu transitioned to Zuora, where they are currently a Senior Software Engineer.

Phu Truong has a strong educational background in computer science and software engineering. In 2009, they started their education journey by earning an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from Mission College, where they studied until 2012. Phu then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from San Jose State University, which they completed in 2015. Phu Truong furthered their education by completing a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from San Jose State University, which they attained in 2021.

Additionally, Phu Truong holds a certification as an IBM Certified Application Developer - Cloud Platform v1, which they obtained from IBM in April 2016.
