Rayson Hong has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. From 2012 to 2012, they worked as a Student Intern at YouthWorks, where they organized files, distributed mail, and updated legal documents. In 2013, they joined UNIQLO as a Sales Associate, providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, and training new hires. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Dr. Nil Yucel DDS as a Front Desk Receptionist and at Bridgestone as a Customer Service Associate. In 2018, they joined Copymat Digibranch as a Computer Maintenance Technician/Client Relations Specialist. Currently, Rayson is employed at Zuora as an IT Support Specialist, where they deploy computer equipment, manages inventory, provides technical support, and performs troubleshooting. Rayson also assists with A/V and Zoom Rooms setup, manages applications, and conducts IT onboarding sessions for new hires.

Rayson Hong earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Information Technology from San Francisco State University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In September 2020, Rayson obtained the CompTIA A+ ce Certification from CompTIA.
