Yong Xiang

Yong Xiang has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support and engineering. Yong started their career in 2007 as a Junior Software Engineer at ASTI Beijing, where they worked until 2009. Yong then joined Maystar Beijing as an On-Site Technical Support Engineer and stayed with the company until 2016. In 2016, Yong Xiang joined Ivanti as a Senior Technical Support Engineer. After working there for two years, they moved to Zuora in 2018 as an Application Support Engineer. Yong quickly progressed to the role of Team Lead APAC Support in 2019 and then became the APAC Support Manager in 2020. Currently, Yong Xiang holds the position of Sr Manager, Support at Zuora, which they started in 2023.

Yong Xiang completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2007. In addition, Yong Xiang obtained several certifications, including AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Linux Academy, Problem Solving & Decision Making from Kepner-Tregoe, YAML Essentials from Linux Academy, and Zuora Billing Administrator from Zuora University. These certifications were obtained in 2018, with the Zuora Billing Administrator certification obtained in July 2018 and the others obtained in December 2018.
