Fillipi Mangrich Costa de Souza

Fillipi Mangrich Costa de Souza is a Software Engineer currently employed at Zup Innovation since June 2025. Previously, Fillipi worked as a Point Cloud and Light Field Compression Researcher at ECL from June 2022 to August 2023, while also serving as a part-time assistant researcher in Video Coding. Additional experience includes roles as a Software Engineer at Sharpi from November 2024 to June 2025 and at CAMERGE from May 2023 to November 2024, as well as a Software Development Internship focused on full-stack development. Fillipi completed a Técnico Integrado degree in Edificações at IFSC - Instituto Federal de Santa Catarina in December 2020 and is expected to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina in December 2025.
