Guilherme Berlim is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in digital transformation and engineering management, currently serving as Head of Technology and Digital Transformation at Zup Innovation since January 2018. In this role, Guilherme has been instrumental in leading teams to develop Itaú's new credit card platform using microservices on AWS, managing over 170 professionals, and focusing on DevOps practices and financial metrics. Previous positions include Engineering Manager, where Guilherme oversaw the creation of the "iPhone pra Sempre" platform in collaboration with Apple, and Project Lead for the "Loja de Benefícios" initiative, enhancing the Itaú app's offerings. Prior experience at Ci&T included roles as Scrum Master, Legacy Optimization Coordinator, Software Developer, and Intern, with a strong background in agile methodologies and web platform development using ASP.Net and Oracle technologies. Guilherme holds an education from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas.
