Victor Nardi Vilella

Victor Nardi Vilella has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Victor started their career as a Computer Lab Assistant at Bento Quirino Technical School in 2008. Victor then worked as a Software Developer at MHA IT Partner from 2008 to 2011, where they focused on developing systems for supply chain and warehousing. Victor then joined CI&T in 2011 as a Software Engineer, where they worked on strategic projects for important customers in the retail and e-commerce sector. In 2015, they joined MHA IT Partner again, this time as a Systems Architect until 2018. Most recently, Victor has been working at Zup Innovation since 2018, where they started as a Tech Lead before transitioning to Solutions Architect. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Technology at Zup Innovation. Throughout their career, Victor has gained expertise in various technologies and practices such as OOP, Design Patterns, backend and front-end development, integration with 3rd party applications, microservices, DevOps, and version control.
