Hitesh Vats

Hitesh Vats is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in managing finance functions across various organizations. Currently serving as Associate Director - Finance at Zupee since January 2022, Hitesh oversees the complete finance process, including monthly book closures and investor relations materials, while also focusing on the development and implementation of standard operating procedures and controls. Prior to this role, Hitesh was Assistant Manager Finance at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, responsible for audit closures and internal controls for USGAAP and Indian GAAP accounts. Earlier experience includes roles at BDO, where Hitesh contributed significantly to audit assignments and client relations. Hitesh holds a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce from the School of Open Learning, Delhi University.
