Vivek Claudius has extensive experience in team management and customer service, beginning as a Tele Executive in the US visa process at Aegis BPO from October 2011 to June 2012, and progressing to the role of Counsellor at EduPristine from September 2012 to February 2013. Vivek served as a Subject Matter Expert at SVG Media Pvt Ltd from October 2015 to June 2020, where responsibilities included team management, performance monitoring, data analysis, and coaching. Currently, Vivek is a Team Leader at Zupee since November 2020, overseeing emails, escalations, agent feedback, and audits. Vivek holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Mumbai University and a Bachelor of Arts from Delhi University.
