Lisa Trapp is a finance leader with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. They began their career as a Service Accountant at Dion International Trucks, Inc. and later held various positions in finance at BAE Systems, including Financial Planning Analyst and Assistant Financial Controller. Lisa served as Senior Director of Finance at Arena Pharmaceuticals and Senior Manager of Finance at Synthetic Genomics before becoming Head of FP&A at Mirati Therapeutics in 2022 and Vice President of FP&A at Zura Bio Limited in 2025. Lisa holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from San Diego State University and a Master of Science in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington.
