Nicola Leuenberger

Nicola Leuenberger, FRM, has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Nicola is currently working at Zürcher Kantonalbank as an Investment Manager and Deputy Head of Start-up Finance. Prior to this, they were a Graduate Trainee at the same company. Before joining Zürcher Kantonalbank, Nicola worked as the Geschäftsführer swissVR at HSLU Hochschule Luzern. Nicola also served as a Management Officer at KMU Capital AG within the Raiffeisen Gruppe. Nicola's early career started at Raiffeisenbank Rohrdorferberg-Fislisbach, where they held various roles including Stv. Leiter Kreditadministration/Credit Officer Firmenkunden, Praxisausbildner, Kundenberater, and Lernender.

Nicola Leuenberger, FRM, has a strong educational background in banking, finance, and business administration. They obtained a Master of Science degree in Banking & Finance from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts from 2019 to 2021. Prior to this, Nicola completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the same institution between 2015 and 2019.

Before pursuing higher education, Nicola earned their EFZ mit Berufsmaturität in Bankkaufmann (Bank Clerk with Vocational Maturity) from zB. Zentrum Bildung from 2010 to 2013.

In addition to their academic degrees, Nicola holds various certifications. They obtained the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification from the GARP FRM Program in February 2022. Nicola also obtained a Master's Degree in Banking & Finance from HSLU Hochschule Luzern in September 2021. They have a certification in Introduction to Data Science in Python from Coursera, acquired in August 2021.

Furthermore, Nicola obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Hochschule Luzern in August 2019. Prior to that, they earned the EFZ mit Berufsmaturität from zB. Zentrum Bildung - Wirtschaftsschule KV Baden in August 2013. They also hold certifications including ICT Power-User SIZ from SIZ AG obtained in June 2013, Diplôme d'études en langue française (DELF, Language Studies) from Commission nationale du DELF in March 2013, and the First Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge in March 2013.
