Janne Kuikka

Janne Kuikka is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Zure since October 2023, responsible for recruitment strategies, process ownership, and hands-on recruitment. Prior to this role, Janne worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Talented: a Witted company, and has experience as a Digital Recruiter at Agile Search, where responsibilities included executive search and internal recruitment. Janne co-founded and co-hosts the Keskiympyrä NHL podcast and has also held positions in account management and recruitment in various organizations, including EasyPark Group and Rainmaker Business. Janne began the career in HR as an intern and assistant at Opteam, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and a diploma in Information Technology from Turun Ammatti-instituutti.
