(Name) is the current CTO at Zuri Health. Prior to this, they were the Executive Director Group Commercialization at MTech Communications PLC from January 2005 to January 2013. There, they provided high-quality, timely, hands-on guidance to directors and the company in order to establish or improve the effectiveness of its business and the identification of best ways to extract value out of its product and services. They also efficiently handled group initiatives and stabilized cash flow positions across the group.

Deploying effective and sustainable business models across the group, (name) introduced best business practices across the group which included soft expansion as a means of growth and consolidated product offerings into few but scalable and Sustainable Products. As team lead, they created the largest content catalog in Africa having on our mobile content roster the biggest and most popular music content in the space of 4 months (July to October of 2012). This led to the introduction of Airtel Africa Content Deal which directly led to revenue growth of over 1.2 million USD in 4 months, and total net revenue in 2012 for the group grew to over 5 million USD.

With a focus on expanding MTech’s presence, they led MTech into the francophone market which included countries like Togo, Burkina Faso, DRC, Senegal, Mali, Congo Brazzaville, and Cameroon. The company’s presence was also extended into Southern Africa to Zambia, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Angola, and Botswana. This made MTech the biggest content aggregator in Africa with over 5000 music titles and market-led status in Nigeria, Ghana, Zambia, and Rwanda.
