Paul Jackson

Paul Jackson is a seasoned executive in the insurance industry with extensive experience in customer and market management, operational leadership, and strategic marketing. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Head of Customer and Market Management at Zurich Canada since July 2024, Paul previously held significant roles at Gore Mutual Insurance, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing & Distribution Officer. Prior to that, Paul served as Vice President of Distribution at Aviva Canada and held various leadership positions within the Aviva group across multiple countries, demonstrating a strong track record in enhancing distribution channels and marketing strategies. Paul’s academic credentials include an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sunderland.
