Mariyana Suherman

Mariyana Suherman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mariyana is currently serving as the CEO Strategic Office at Zurich Indonesia since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Investree as the Product Infrastructure Head from June 2021 to September 2022, and as a Product Manager from June 2021 to June 2022.

Before joining Investree, Mariyana worked at AIA as a Project Manager from December 2018 to May 2021. Mariyana also held the position of Business Process Re-Engineering & Operational Risk at PT Astra Aviva Life from August 2015 to December 2018.

Additionally, Mariyana gained experience as the Executive Assistant to the Country CEO at PT. AXA Services Indonesia from February 2014 to July 2015, and as a part of the Retail Funding Business-eBusiness team at PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk from September 2013 to February 2014.

Furthermore, they served as a Project Manager in the Project Management Office at PT. AXA Services Indonesia from November 2012 to August 2013. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Process Analyst at PT Panin Life from February 2009 to November 2012, where they identified and developed continuous improvement opportunities within the organization's existing processes.

Mariyana's earliest work experience was as an IT Programmer at PT. GMF AeroAsia from February 2008 to January 2009, where they analyzed existing processes, designed system specifications, and developed systems. Overall, their experience demonstrates a strong background in project management, business process improvement, and leadership roles.

Mariyana Suherman completed their Bachelor's degree in Information System at BINUS University from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications including ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Internal Auditor and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Implementation from CBQA Global in April 2022 and March 2022, respectively. Mariyana also achieved Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in August 2019. Prior to that, they obtained the Certified Risk Management Officer (CRMO) certification from Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Manajemen Risiko in March 2018. Mariyana further holds the Associate, Life Management Institute (ALMI) certification from the Life Office Management Association, which they obtained in May 2012, and the Certified Professional, Life and Health Insurance (CPLHI) certification, which they obtained in May 2011.
