Agnieszka Oliver

Agnieszka Oliver currently serves as the Salesforce Platform Lead at Zurich Insurance, beginning November 2023. Previously, Agnieszka held several significant roles at Unilever from March 2014 to November 2023, including Senior Global Platform Manager and Technical Solution Delivery Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing technical activities and deployments within Salesforce, ensuring customer experience integrity across the global landscape, and leading IT tool implementations for the Net Revenue Management team. Agnieszka's experience also includes roles in change management, project management, and stakeholder engagement across multiple global projects and programmes. Earlier positions include Office Manager at Moto Novo Finance and Front of House Team Leader at Park Inn. Agnieszka holds an MBA from Cardiff University and is pursuing a course in Leading Digital Transformation at London Business School.
