Alexander Cha

Alexander Cha has over 15 years of experience in the software engineering and technical support domains. Currently serving as a Senior Service Delivery Software Engineer at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd since March 2015, Alexander manages the health and maintenance of ServiceNow, coordinates development activities, and collaborates with project intake and support teams to address business requests and issues. Prior roles include software engineering positions at Indigenous Technologies and the Federal Aviation Administration, where Alexander focused on ASP.NET development, as well as technical responsibilities at L-3 Communications and Chesapeake Energy. Alexander holds a degree in Computer Engineering from The University of Kansas, awarded in 2004.
