Clairy Moraitou is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in customer experience, strategy, and transformation across diverse industries. Currently serving as the Group Head of Customer, Brand and Market Insights at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd since 2017, Clairy drives customer-centric transformations through insights and effective change programs. Previous roles include Group Head of Customer Experience and Global Head of Customer Insights & Analytics, where Clairy led comprehensive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance. Prior to Zurich, Clairy held significant positions at Eurobank, where responsibilities included spearheading a retail transformation program and directing the group's strategy office. Early in the career, Clairy gained invaluable experience at McKinsey & Company and Shell.
