Dominik von Arx

Dominik von Arx serves as the Group Head of External Communications at Zurich Insurance since September 2023, overseeing all external communications, including social media. Prior to this role, Dominik held various senior positions at Credit Suisse and UBS, including Group Head of Media Relations and Chairman Communication/Head of Corporate Communications for the Investment Bank. Responsibilities included crisis communication, external and internal communications for high-level executives, and management of corporate responsibility in EMEA. Dominik has a solid academic background with a Lic.rer.publ. from the University of St.Gallen and multiple CFA certifications.
