Lenka Fibikova

Lenka Fibikova is an experienced professional in technology risk oversight and information security, currently serving as the Head of Group Technology Risk Oversight and Head of Shared Services at Zurich Insurance since February 2021. Previously, Lenka held the position of Security Transformation Lead for Enterprise Access Management at Standard Chartered Bank from January 2017 to December 2020, and was the Head of IT Governance, Risk and Compliance at Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd from June 2015 to December 2016. Lenka’s extensive background in information security includes roles at Daimler AG from February 2008 to August 2014, where responsibilities encompassed regional risk and compliance management across Greater China, Northeast Asia, and the Africa-Asia/Pacific regions. Lenka took a sabbatical for travel from September 2014 to May 2015. Academic qualifications include an MBA in International Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management and a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Duisburg-Essen.
