Louise Colley

Louise Colley serves as the Protection Director at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd since December 2020, leading the Retail Protection business. Prior to this role, Colley held various positions at Aviva from January 2005 to November 2020, including Customer Accelerator Director - Strategy, where responsibilities included coaching internal employees and leadership program participants, and roles related to protection marketing, propositions, and distribution. Colley holds a Mind of Strategist Leadership Programme degree in Organizational Leadership from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Master of Arts in Marketing from the University of Hull, along with multiple qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
