Martin Scanlon

Martin Scanlon is an experienced professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as Protection Proposition Manager at Zurich Insurance since September 2015. Martin has held various roles within the company, including Strategic Assistant to the EMEA CEO and Business Intelligence Analyst, and participated in a two-year graduate development program leading to placements in the Irish business unit and EMEA headquarters. Prior to joining Zurich, Martin gained experience as an Underwriting Assistant at Allianz Insurance during a 13-month undergraduate placement. Martin holds a Bachelor of Business Studies with a focus on Economics from Dublin City University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Technological University Dublin, and a Professional Diploma in Insurance (CIP) specializing in Commercial Underwriting from The Insurance Institute.
