Martina de Serio

Martina De Serio is a seasoned professional in the insurance and finance sectors, currently serving as a Senior Underwriter at Zurich Insurance since October 2024. Prior to this role, Martina held positions as a Product Manager at Assura from April 2023 to October 2024 and as a Fachspezialistin für Produkt-Technik und -Plattform at Helvetia Versicherungen Schweiz between September 2016 and November 2022. Earlier in career, Martina worked at Swiss Life AG - Swiss Life International in various roles including Consultant, Head of Actuarial Services for Global Solutions, and Actuary from September 2005 to March 2016. Academically, Martina holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Management from Swiss Business School (2010-2013), a Ph.D. in Physics from ETH Zürich (2000-2005), and a Laurea in Physics from Università degli Studi di Bari.
