Michaela Gartmann

Michaela Gartmann serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Zurich Insurance since January 2024, following an inspirational break earlier in 2023. Prior to this role, Michaela Gartmann was with PwC from August 2008 to February 2023, where responsibilities included Head of Human Capital for PwC Switzerland, managing the Human Capital Strategy, leading strategic projects, and overseeing talent management within Tax and Legal Services. Earlier experience includes a Senior HR Manager position at GE Money Bank, where Michaela Gartmann led an HR Client Service Team and implemented new service organizations. Educational credentials include a degree in Business Transformation from HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration and a coaching qualification from Performance Consultants International.
