Nacho Santamaria

Nacho Santamaria has extensive experience in the insurance and employee benefits sectors, currently serving as the Head of Distribution for Corporate Life & Pensions at Zurich Vida since September 2025. Prior to this role, Nacho worked at Nationale-Nederlanden as an Employee Benefits Account Manager from September 2016 to September 2025. Earlier positions include Manager of Retirement & Financial Management at Aon Hewitt and Benefit Consultant at Willis Towers Watson, where expertise was developed in designing and implementing social security systems and benefit programs, along with actuarial valuations. Nacho began a career in 1999 as a Consultant for Life and Pensions at Novaster. Educationally, Nacho holds a Licenciatura in Administración y Dirección de Empresas and a Licenciatura in Ciencias Actuariales y Financieras, both from Universidad de Alcalá.
