Rachel Baker

Rachel Baker has extensive experience in people strategy and organizational development. At Zurich Insurance, Rachel served as Head of People Strategy, the Hub and Employee Experience from May 2018 to May 2024, and led a team of People Business Partners focused on supporting employees, managers, change programs, and employee relations. Currently, Rachel holds the position of Head of OD & Change at the Chartered Management Institute, with an ongoing Level 7 Apprenticeship in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice from September 2023 to December 2024. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Professional Management and a Diploma in Personnel Management from the University of Portsmouth, completed from September 2000 to June 2002.
