Rachelle Haefele

Rachelle Haefele is currently serving as an Enterprise Transformation Working Student at Zurich Insurance since March 2023. Previous experience includes a position as a Business Analyst at Deloitte from October 2022 to January 2023 and winning the UZH Innovathon 2022 while serving as an Assistant at the University of Zurich. Rachelle participated in the KPMG Dare to Shape the Future Event and held the role of Founder's Associate at CareerLunch from April to August 2022. Additionally, Rachelle was selected as the CEO for One Month Switzerland at The Adecco Group in June 2022 and participated in the International Executive Challenge at the Stephen R. Covey Leadership Center. Prior roles include working as a Sales Consultant for MiSENSO and a Street Fundraiser for Corris AG. Rachelle's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Business Administration and Behavioral Economics from the University of Zurich (2022-2025) and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Business Administration (2018-2021).
