Richard Bannister

Richard Bannister has over 20 years of experience in internal communications, currently serving as the Head of Internal Communications for Zurich Insurance Company Ltd since 2006. Richard has held multiple roles at Zurich, including Senior Employee Communications Manager and Employee Communications Manager, following an earlier position as Internal Communications Coordinator and Intranet Manager at WHSmith from 2003 to 2006. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Southampton, completed in 1998.
