Sasha Dolgy

Sasha Dolgy is a seasoned leader in cloud technologies, currently serving as Managing Principal & Head of Cloud, Data and AI at Capco in Switzerland since September 2022. With extensive experience in the banking, financial services, and re/insurance sectors, Sasha focuses on maximizing the value of technological advancements, including cloud computing and Generative AI, for clients. Prior to Capco, Sasha held various significant roles at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, including Head of IT Operations for both the Commercial Insurance and Global Corporate business units, where responsibility encompassed IT service delivery and customer experience. Notable previous positions also include Head of IT Business Architecture & Integration at Swiss Re, Enterprise Integration Architect at MEEZA, and IBM Tivoli Specialist at IBM Switzerland. Sasha's educational background includes BA (Honours) in Business Management from The Open University, with additional qualifications in business management.
