Susana del Castillo

Susana del Castillo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer strategy execution, marketing, and communications. Currently serving as the Group Customer Office Execution Lead at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd since May 2019, Susana manages the execution of Zurich's customer strategy and provides strategic support to the Chief Customer Officer. Susana has also contributed to the LEAP by WIN program as a Presentation Skills Trainer and has been actively involved in internal communications and training development for Group Enterprise Risk Management. As a Marketing Advisory Board Member for Serena del Mar, Susana offers strategic direction on branding and marketing for the largest sustainable urban development project in Latin America. Prior experience includes a successful tenure as Marketing Manager at Novus Civitas, where Susana drove branding strategies to achieve significant sales volume in the real estate sector. Susana holds an MBA from the University of St. Gallen and has completed marketing management studies at IMD, alongside a BA in Economics and Studio Art from the University of Miami.
